We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 25/84 Governing the Criminal Judiciary and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The services of Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Buraiki are hereby transferred from the Criminal Court in the Capital to the Ministry of Justice, Endowments, and Islamic Affairs.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
