Royal Decree 94/89 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange of Experts in the Field of Civil Service Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange of Experts in the Field of Civil Service Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Civil Service is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange of Experts in the Field of Civil Service Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
