We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Law of Sultan Qaboos University issued by Royal Decree 9/86 and its amendments,
and the Executive Regulation of the Law of Sultan Qaboos University and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Organisational Structure of Sultan Qaboos University is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex, and the Law of the University is amended in accordance with this structure.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
