Royal Decree 15/99 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Sultan Qaboos University (Repealed)

Repealed by Royal Decree 52/2001.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 68/98 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Sultan Qaboos University,

Royal Decree 74/98 Recomposing the Sultan Qaboos University Council,

and the Law of Sultan Qaboos University issued by Royal Decree 14/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The attached Organisational Structure of Sultan Qaboos University is hereby adopted.

Article 2

The mentioned Royal Decree 68/98 is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to this decree or in conflict with its provisions.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
