Royal Decree 44/2011 Appointing Undersecretaries in the Ministry of Health

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Dr Ali bin Talib bin Ali Al-Hinai is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Planning Affairs.

Article II

Dr Darwish bin Saif bin Said Al-Maharbi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The judges named in the attached list are hereby promoted to Supreme Court Judges.

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned Royal Decree 81/2007 and the law attached to it.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011, and the Petroleum Agreement signed on 28 February 2011 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Rex Oil & Gas Ltd and Petroci Holding for Offshore Concession Block 50, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II
