Based on the Criminal Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree 97/99,
and the Maritime Law issued by Royal Decree 19/2023,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
Those occupying the positions provided in the attached schedule in the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology are hereby conferred—each within the scope of their mandate—judicial enforcement status in the application of the provisions of the mentioned Maritime Law and the regulations and decisions issued in the implementation of its provisions.
Article II
This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
