after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 44/80 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ahmed Mohammed Al-Lamki—Our ambassador to the United Kingdom—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ambassador Mohammed Said Al-Marhoon—Ambassador of the Sultanate to the Republic of Tunisia—is hereby authorised to sign on Our behalf the mentioned agreement.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Derived From Air Transport Operations Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of India initialled in Muscat on 27 October 1982,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign on Our behalf the mentioned Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Derived from Air Transport Operations Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of India.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
