after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Saif bin Hamad Al-Battashi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry.

Sheikh Ahmed Sultan Al-Hosni is hereby transferred from the position of Deputy Head of the Diwan for Protocol Affairs to the position of Deputy Head of the Diwan in the South.
