We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 10 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Nizar Mohammed Ali, Our ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the Syrian Arab Republic.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on the date of its issuance, and must be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate and Cluff Oil Limited signed on 16 September 1978 between the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals representing the Sultanate and the mentioned company.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Cluff Oil Limited is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
