We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Law 47/75 Regarding the Signing of Foreign and Domestic Financial Transactions,
the oil agreement concluded between the Government of the Sultanate and Oman Oil Company Limited on 7 March 1967, its amendments, and annexes,
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
and Our desire to encourage investments in the development of oil fields in the south and the north,
have decreed as follows,
Article 1
His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals is hereby authorised to approve and sign on Our behalf the contract amending the mentioned Oil Agreement concluded between the Government of the Sultanate and Oman Oil Company Limited on 7 March 1967, in accordance with the draft amendment reviewed and approved by the Diwan of Legislation.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,
the Banking Law 7/74,
the provisions of article seventeen of the agreement of the International Monetary Fund of 1944 regarding the procedures for amending the articles of the agreement,
the report of the executive directors of the fund to the board of governors of the fund on the second proposed amendments to the articles of agreement of the International Monetary Fund,
the unanimous approval of the board of governors of the fund to the proposed amendments, which was made by circulation in application of the provisions of section 13 of the internal regulation of the fund,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The approval of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman to the amendments made to the mentioned articles of agreement of the International Monetary Fund is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered in force as of the date of its publication.

and the Civil Service Law 27/75,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Health after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Pharmacy and Medical Supplies” is hereby established in the Ministry of Health.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26 of 1975 and its amendments,
and after perusal of the Law on the Statute of the Oman National Commission for UNESCO 5/74 dated 16 September 1974,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Education after its review by the Diwan of Legislation,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The text of article 4 of the mentioned Law on the Statute of the Oman National Commission for UNESCO 5/74 is hereby repealed and replaced with the following:
Article 4
The commission is composed of the following:
1. Minister of Education Chairman
2. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education Member
3. Director of Cultural Relations at the Ministry of Education Member
4. Head of the UNESCO Section in the Cultural Relations Directorate at the Ministry of Education (Secretary of the commission) Member
5. Director General of Education of Girls at the Ministry of Education Member
6. Director of Technical Cooperation at the Foreign Ministry Member
7. Director General of Cultural Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture Member
8. Director General of Social Affairs and Labour Member
9. A representative of the Ministry of National Heritage with the rank of director Member
10. Three members interested in the affairs of education, culture, and science, selected by the minister Members
(b) The chairman of the commission may add or change the members of the commission if he deems it necessary.
Article 2
The text of article 6(b) is hereby repealed and replaced with the following:
(b) The commission must meet at least once a year.
Article 3
The text of article 7(a) is hereby repealed and replaced with the following:
(a) The term of membership in the commission is three years.
Article 4
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
