We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,

and after perusal of the Convention on the Immunities and Privileges of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference,

and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Convention on the Immunities and Privileges of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and enters into force on the date of its publication.
