We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree 19/2019,

and the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and Minerals Development Oman Fourth LLC for Block 13A signed on 17 October 2022,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned exploration and mining concession agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

Royal Decree 124/2020 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Maha Energy (Oman) Ltd for Block 70,

and the collection of documents by which Maha Energy (Oman) Ltd assigned 35% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 5 October 2020 for Block 70 to Mafraq Energy LLC, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Maha Energy (Oman) Ltd of 35% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 5 October 2020 for Block 70 to Mafraq Energy LLC is hereby approved. The final shares of the parties to the agreement shall be as follows:

– 65% Maha Energy (Oman) Ltd.

– 35% Mafraq Energy LLC.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
