We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Charter of the Indian Ocean Rim Association signed in the city of Perth in Australia on 9 October 2014,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned charter is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007 is hereby approved in the form attached.

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 68/2010 regarding the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Co-operative Agreement for Arab States in Asia for Research, Development and Training Related to Nuclear Science and Technology (ARASIA),

and the Co-operative Agreement for Arab States in Asia for Research, Development and Training Related to Nuclear Science and Technology (ARASIA) done in Vienna on 19 September 2017,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Co-operative Agreement for Arab States in Asia for Research, Development and Training Related to Nuclear Science and Technology (ARASIA) is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall take the measures of accession for the aforementioned agreement in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

The aforementioned agreement and protocol are hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date of its issuance.
