Muscat Stock Exchange: Administrative Decision 117/2025 Listing of Guaranteed non-convertible Bonds for Sea Glider LLC (Series 1)

Royal Decree 18/2019 Promulgating the Commercial Companies Law,

Royal Decree 5/2021 Transforming Muscat Securities Market into a Closed Omani Joint Stock Company Named Muscat Stock Exchange SAOC,

Royal Decree 46/2022 Promulgating the Securities Law,

The Articles of Association of Muscat Stock Exchange SAOC,

Financial Services Authority Decision 30/2025 dated 12 August 2025, approving the prospectus of issuing guaranteed non-convertible Bonds for Sea Glider LLC GBSG, and the allotment results approval at a size of OMR 73,499,000 divided into 734,990 bonds, at a value of OMR 100 per bond, and interest rate of 7% per annum,

And according to:

The recommendation of Market Operations Department,

It has been decided:

Article 1

The bonds shall be listed in the Bonds and Sukuk Market until maturity date on 1 July 2029.

Article 2

This decision shall be effective as from Tuesday 16 September 2025.

Royal Decree 78/2025 Issuing the Law Combating Human Trafficking

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Criminal Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree 97/99,

the Law Combating Human Trafficking issued by Royal Decree 126/2008,

and the Penal Law issued by Royal Decree 7/2018,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached Law Combating Human Trafficking hereby apply.

Article II

The mentioned Law Combating Human Trafficking is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached law or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 77/2025 Issuing the Law on the Collection of State Entitlements

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the System for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to Units of the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 32/94,

the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree 29/2002,

the Penal Law issued by Royal Decree 7/2018,

the Bankruptcy Law issued by Royal Decree 53/2019,

the Securities Law issued by Royal Decree 46/2022,

and the Financial Law issued by Royal Decree 37/2025,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached Law on the Collection of State Entitlements hereby apply.

Article II

The Minister of Finance shall issue the executive regulation of the attached law and shall also issue the necessary regulations and decisions for implementing its provisions, and until they are issued, the existing regulations and decisions continue to operate to the degree that they do not contradict with its provisions.

Article III

The mentioned System for the Collection of Taxes, Fees, and Other Amounts Due to Units of the Administrative Apparatus of the State is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached law, or in conflict with its provisions.
