The Articles of Association of Muscat Stock Exchange SAOC, The Resolution passed by the EGM in the meeting held on 30 July 2024 to transform the legal status of the Company from a Closed Joint Stock Co, to a Limited Liability Co., at a share capital of OMR 500,000 divided into 5,000,000 shares,
And according to:
The recommendation of Market Operations Department,
It has been decided:
Article 1
The company shall be delisted from the Third Market.
Article 2
This decision shall be effective as from Tuesday 13 May 2025.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Oil and Gas Law issued by Royal Decree 8/2011,
and the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, OQ Exploration and Production Block 54 LLC, and Genel Energy No. 8 Limited (Oman Branch) for Block 54 signed on 10 March 2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.Article II
