We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree 114/2000,
and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Tahir bin Salim bin Abdullah Al-Amri is hereby appointed Executive President for the Central Bank of Oman with the special grade.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Article I
Sultan bin Salim bin Said Al-Habsi is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman with his same rank and financial entitlements.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree 114/2000,
and Royal Decree 37/2012 Forming the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby formed under the chairmanship of His Majesty the Sultan and with the membership of the following:
– Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman.
– Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance.
– Executive President of the Central Bank of Oman.
– Executive President of the Capital Market Authority.
– Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Salim Bahwan Al-Mukhaini.
– Dr Saif bin Abdullah bin Saif Al-Shidi.
The membership is for a period of 5 years from the date of entry into force of this decree.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 11 June 2017.

Mayassa Nasser Zahir Al-Kindi.

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Hunaina bint Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Mughairy, Our Ambassador to the United States of America, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Cuba.
Article II
Ambassador Lyutha bint Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Mughairy, Our Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Kingdom of Sweden, the Kingdom of Norway, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Iceland, and the Swiss Confederation.
Article III
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
