We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate Oman and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Special and Service Passports signed in the city of New York on 25 September 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, done in New York on 16 December 1966,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

The competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession for the mentioned covenant in accordance with its provisions, subject to the attached reservation and interpretative declarations.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
