We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

and the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Total Exploration and Production Oman Petroleum BV for Block 41 signed on 12 December 2013,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Amended Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate and BP Exploration Epsilon Limited for Block 61 signed on 16 December 2013,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned amended petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
