We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 52/2012 Establishing the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science and Issuing Its System,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Habib bin Mohammed bin Al-Sheikh Saeed Al-Riyami is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science with the special grade.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
