We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Abdullah bin Khalfan bin Suleiman Al-Balushi, Head of the Private Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Affairs of the Council of Ministers, is hereby granted the special grade.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 86/97 regarding Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Ali bin Nasser bin Hamad Al-Mahrouqi is hereby appointed Secretary General of Majlis Al-Shura.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
