We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

An embassy for the Sultanate of Oman is hereby established in:

1. The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

2. The Republic of Kenya.

3. The Republic of the Philippines.

4. The Republic of Cyprus.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 30/2012 Establishing the Supreme Council for Planning and Issuing Its System,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Al-Rahbi is hereby appointed Deputy to the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Planning with the special grade.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

A new article numbered 11bis is hereby added to the System of the Supreme Council for Planning promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2012 with the following text:

Article 11bis 

The secretary general must have a deputy whose appointment is made by royal decree, and whose competences must be determined by a decision by the council.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Article II
