We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,

and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Dr Ali bin Qassim bin Jawad Al-Lawati is hereby appointed Advisor for Studies and Research in the Diwan of the Royal Court with the special grade.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
