We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Swiss Federal Council on Mutual Exemption of Holders of Diplomatic, Special or Service Passports signed in Bern on 6 August 2010,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Dr Qasim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Salhi, Our ambassador to the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Chad.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,
the Public Prosecution Law promulgated by Royal Decree 92/99,
the Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Royal Decree 97/99,
Royal Decree 21/2003 Establishing the State Security Court and Appointing Its President,
Royal Decree 63/2003 regarding the National Security Council,
the Law of the State Security Court promulgated by Royal Decree 64/2003,
and Royal Decree 89/2004 Amending Some Provisions of the Law of the State Security Court,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned Royal Decree 21/2003 Establishing the State Security Court and Appointing Its President, the Law of the State Security Court promulgated by Royal Decree 64/2003, and Royal Decree 89/2004 Amending Some of the Provisions of the Law of the State Security Court, are hereby repealed.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
