We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Ali bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Alawi, Our ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Ghana.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Ambassador Fouad bin Mubarak bin Ali Al-Hinai, Permanent Delegate of the Sultanate to the United Nations in New York, is hereby transferred to the Headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 31 December 2010.

and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Primary courts are hereby established in the Wilayat of Duqm and Thumrait.
The seat and jurisdiction of each court must be determined by a decision by the Minister of Justice.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

A primary circuit of the Administrative Court is hereby established with its headquarters in the Wilayat of Sohar. The scope of its jurisdiction is the wilayat of the Governorate of Batinah North, the Governorates of Musandam and Buraimi, and the Dhahirah Region.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Courts of appeal are hereby established in each of the governorates of Musandam and Buraimi and the wilayat of Rustaq, Sur, Mudhaibi, Seeb, and Duqm. The seat and jurisdiction of each court must be determined by a decision by the Minister of Justice.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
