Categories Royal Decree Royal Decree 83/2011 Amending Some Provisions of the Articles of Association of the Oman Charitable Organisation Post author By admin Post date August 24, 2011 Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and Royal Decree 6/96 Establishing the Oman Charitable Organisation, and in pursuance of public interest, have decreed as follows Article I The attached amendments are hereby made to the Articles of Association of the Oman Charitable Organisation attached to the aforementioned Royal Decree 6/96. Article II All that is contrary to the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.
