We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ali bin Thabit bin Ali Al-Battashi and Engineer Khalifa bin Mubarak bin Ali Al-Hinai are hereby appointed Advisors to the Ministry of Oil and Gas, and both are granted the special grade.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
