We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Minerals Law promulgated by Royal Decree 42/74,

and the Petroleum Agreement signed on 15 April 2009 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Petronas Carigali Overseas Company, Oman Oil Company, and Industrial Petrochemicals LLC (Block 63),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Ratification by the Sultanate of Oman of the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunication Union (Antalya 2006) and the Final Acts of the Regional Radiocommunication Conference on the Revision of the Geneva Agreement 1989 (Geneva 2006),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned final acts are hereby ratified.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification of the final acts in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
