We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 106/2001 Appointing a Secretary General for Royal Court Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Lieutenant General Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Numani, Secretary General of the Royal Court, is hereby promoted to the rank of General.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Article I

His Excellency Dr Ali bin Mohammed bin Moosa, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman, is hereby appointed Chairman of the Tender Board.

Article II

His Excellency Sheikh Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Hashar, Advisor to the Diwan of Royal Court, is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Tender Board.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
