Royal Decree 49/2008 Appointing a Member to Majlis Al-Dawla

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 86/97 regarding Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Ahmed bin Sultan Al-Hosni is hereby appointed a member of Majlis Al-Dawla.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Hashar is hereby appointed Advisor to the Diwan of Royal Court with the rank of minister.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
