We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Dr Bader bin Mohammed bin Zahir Al-Hinai, Our ambassador to the Republic of Austria, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Hungary.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Minerals Law issued by Royal Decree 42/74,

Royal Decree 28/2003 Approving the Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate and Encana International Company,

and the collection of documents by which Encana International Oman Limited assigned part of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 February 2003 (Blocks 3 and 4) to CC Energy SAL, which is capable of that assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Encana International Oman Limited of 50% of its rights and obligations in the mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 9 February 2003 to CC Energy SAL is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Hague Agreement on the Geneva Document on International Registration of Industrial Designs for 1999,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the aforementioned agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the aforementioned agreement in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
