We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing Omani Nationality promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to Samia bint Abdullah bin Mubarak Al-Foori as of 20 September 2005.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.

and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law promulgated by Royal Decree 40/86,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Khalid bin Suleiman bin Abdulrahman Baomar, Our ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Angola.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Oil and Minerals Law promulgated by Royal Decree 42/74,
and the Petroleum Agreement signed on 12 November 2007 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Reliance Exploration and Production MDMS Block 41,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
