We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora signed in Washington, D.C. on 3 March 1973, and amended in Bonn on 22 June 1979,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate to the aforementioned convention is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the amendment made to the Schedule of Routes attached to the Agreement Governing Air Transport Services Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Amendment to the Schedule of Routes Attached to the Agreement Governing Air Transport Services Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
