We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law issued by Royal Decree 40/86 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Mohammed bin Said bin Mohammed Al-Lawati, Our ambassador to the Russian Federation, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Moldova.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Ministry of Heritage and Culture of the Sultanate of Oman and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Brunei Darussalam is hereby ratified.

The phrase “public authority”—mentioned in article I of Royal Decree 59/96 Establishing the Oman Centre for Investment Promotion and Export Development—is hereby replaced with the phrase “public establishment”.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

The mentioned petroleum agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Sinopec Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation of China is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
