Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Trade and Economic Co-operation signed in Muscat on 24 Muharram 1425, corresponding to 16 March 2004, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance. Issued on: 27 Rabi Al-Awwal 1425 Corresponding to: 17 May 2004

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Final Documents of the International Telecommunication Union issued by the Plenipotentiary Conference in Marrakesh 2002 in the Kingdom of Morocco,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned final documents of the International Telecommunication Union are hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
