We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Issa bin Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Shibani, Our ambassador to the Republic of India, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Mineral Resources Law issued by Royal Decree 19/2019,

and the Concession Agreement for the Extraction and Processing of Salt from Seawater between the Sultanate of Oman and Al Baraka Petrochemical Salts LLC for Block 62A signed on 22 January 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned concession agreement for the extraction and processing of salt from seawater is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
