We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Copenhagen Declaration on Anti-Doping in Sport,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Copenhagen Declaration on Anti-Doping in Sport signed on 12 January 2004 is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Ambassador Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Farsi, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Mali.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Article II

Nasser bin Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Rawahi is hereby appointed an advisor to the Administrative Court.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article II
