We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law issued by Royal Decree 90/99 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Those named below are hereby appointed to the position next to their name:

1. Majid bin Abdullah bin Mubarak Al-Alawi—Deputy President of the Supreme Court

2. Rashid bin Nasser bin Ali Al-Hajri—Supreme Court Judge

3. Hamoud bin Talib bin Abdullah Al-Balushi—Supreme Court Judge

4. Khalifa bin Mahmoud bin Abdullah Al-Hadhrami—Supreme Court Judge

5. Mahmoud bin Khalifa bin Ghalib Al-Rashdi—Court of Appeal Judge

6. Khalid bin Rashid bin Said Al-Manwari—Court of Appeal Judge

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 90/85 Determining the Occupational Status of the Position of Secretary General,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Saif bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Abri is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Office of the Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the General System of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued on 15 May 1973 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 76/2001 Appointing a Chairman to the Board of Directors of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a term of four years:

1. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salim Al-Rawas.

2. Nabil bin Jawad Sultan Al-Lawati.

3. Lujaina bint Mohsin bin Haider Darwish.

4. Anisa bint Saleh bin Said Al-Raisi.

5. Ahmed bin Nasser bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi.

6. Mohammed bin Ali bin Nasser Al-Kiyumi.

7. Habib bin Abdulnabi Makki.

Article II

His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Salim Al-Rawas is hereby reappointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
