We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Ahmed Hamoud Al-Maamari, Our ambassador to the Republic of India, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the draft Agreement on Cultural and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign on Our behalf the mentioned draft Agreement on Cultural and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
