We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 94/99 Establishing the Economic Coordination Council, Forming It, and Determining Its Mandates,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

His Excellency Sheikh Mustahail bin Ahmed Al-Mashni, Advisor to the State, is hereby appointed a member of the Economic Coordination Council.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Brigadier Sayyid Munther bin Majid Al-Said is hereby promoted to the rank of Major General.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned Internal Regulation of Majlis Al-Dawla.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
