We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China Concerning Air Services signed in Muscat on 8 December 1998,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China Concerning Air Services is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96, Royal Decree 79/81 Establishing the Commercial Court and its amendments, and the memorandum on the nomination of a number of judges for appointment to the Commercial Court, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Those named in the mentioned memorandum are hereby appointed judges to the Commercial Court.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance. Issued on: 16 Shawwal 1419 Corresponding to: 3 February 1999
