We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Mahfoodh bin Sulaiman bin Obaid Al-Hadabi, Secretary General of the Office of the Minister of the Palace Office, and Yahya bin Saud bin Mansour Al-Sulaimi, Secretary General of Liaison and Coordination in the Ministry of the Palace Office, are hereby promoted to the rank of Major General.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
