Royal Decree 50/2024 Granting Omani Nationality

Arabic

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby granted to those named in the attached list.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 49/2024 Appointing to Some Positions

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and the State Financial and Administrative Audit Law promulgated by Royal Decree 111/2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Khalid bin Salim bin Suleiman Al-Ghammari is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour for Labour.

Article II

Zahra bint Mohammed Redha bin Mohammed Al-Lawatiya is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution for the Audit of Establishments, Investments, and Companies with the special grade.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
