Royal Decree 16/2024 Appointing a Permanent Delegate of the Sultanate of Oman to the Digital Cooperation Organization in Riyadh

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

His Highness Ambassador Sayyid Faisal bin Turki bin Mahmood Al-Said, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is hereby appointed Permanent Delegate of the Sultanate of Oman to the Digital Cooperation Organization in Riyadh.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 13/2024 Amending Some Provisions of the Law of the State of Emergency

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law of the State of Emergency promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments to the aforementioned Law of the State of Emergency are hereby implemented.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

have decreed as follows

His Highness Ambassador Sayyid Nizar bin Al-Julanda bin Majid Al-Said, Our ambassador to the Republic of Italy, is hereby appointed Permanent Delegate of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome.

Article II
