and in pursuance of public interest,
The mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 9 December 1995 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the group of companies Elf Petroleum Oman, Sumitomo Petroleum Development Company Limited, and Wintershall AG is hereby approved.
