Royal Decree 39/95 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of India for Air Services between and beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 18/95 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of India for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the mentioned agreement signed in New Delhi on 31 May 1995,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of India for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Mohammed bin Taher bin Alawi Aideed, Our ambassador to the Republic of India, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Maldives.

Article II

Ambassador Mohammed bin Yousuf bin Dawood Shalwani, Our ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
