We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 95/88 On the Statute of the Omani National Commission for Education, Culture, and Science,

and Royal Decree 36/93 Recomposing the Omani National Commission for Education, Culture, and Science,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The texts of article I(Second) and (Eighth) of the mentioned Royal Decree 36/93 are hereby replaced with the following texts:

Second: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education—Deputy Chairman

Eighth: Secretary of the commission—Member and secretary

Article II

A representative of the Vocational Training Authority with the rank of director general is hereby added to the membership of the committee.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
