Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 30/94 Amending a Job Title

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 2/94 Amending the Ministerial Composition,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The job title of Lahassan bin Said bin Mohammed is hereby amended to “Secretary General of Administrative Affairs in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Affairs of the Council of Ministers.”

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 29/94 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Unified Agreement for the Investment of Arab Capital in Arab States

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Unified Agreement for the Investment of Arab Capital in Arab States approved by the Eleventh Arab Summit Conference held in the city of Amman during the period 25-27 November 1980,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Unified Agreement for the Investment of Arab Capital in Arab States is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instruments of accession to the agreement with the Secretariat General of the League of Arab States in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.
