Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of a Joint Committee Between the Two Countries, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of a Joint Committee Between the Two Countries.

Article II

and Royal Decree 50/91 Conducting a Comprehensive Population Census,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

The National Census Committee is hereby recomposed as follows:

and Royal Decree 113/91 Establishing the Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The name of the “Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities” is hereby amended to the “Public Authority for Youth Sports and Cultural Activities”.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
