Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, and the Arab Agreement for Facilitating the Transfer of Arab Cultural Production opened for signature at the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Permanent Representative of the Sultanate to the League of Arab States—Our Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt—is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Arab Agreement for Facilitating the Transfer of Arab Cultural Production.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance. Issued on: 5 Sha’ban 1411 Corresponding to: 20 February 1991

Royal Decree 21/91 Authorising in the Signing of the Basic Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Basic Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Commerce and Industry is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Basic Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 32/88 Establishing the National Committee for Natural Disasters and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Article I of the mentioned Royal Decree 32/88 is hereby amended as follows:

Article I

The National Committee for Natural Disasters is hereby formed as follows:

-Inspector General of Police and Customs	Chairman
– Assistant to the Inspector General of Police and Customs	Deputy chairman
– Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Health Affairs	Member
– Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment	Member
– Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Ports and Civil Aviation Affairs	Member
– Two representatives of the Ministry of Defence	Two members
– A representative of the Ministry of Social Affairs	Member
– A representative of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities	Member
– Director General of the Public Authority for Stores and Food Reserve	Member

The committee may invite to participate in any of its work whoever it deems necessary to seek assistance from in this work from government officials and others.
