We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The services of Saud bin Salim bin Hassan Al-Ansi are hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry and he is hereby appointed Director General of the Environmental and Water Resources Protection Council at the first grade of the first circle of the general schedule designated for an undersecretary of a ministry.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Article 1
Ambassador Abdulhussain bin Ali Abdullatif—Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Guinea and the Republic of Sierra Leone.
Article 2
Ahmed bin Yousuf bin Obaid Al-Harthi—Our ambassador to the Republic of India—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Maldives and the Kingdom of Nepal.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
