We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

An embassy for the Sultanate is hereby established in:

(a） The Republic of Turkey

(b） Brunei Darussalam

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments, Royal Decree 23/85 Authorising the Minister of Transportation to Sign the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories, and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 25 February 1985, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Iraq for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance. Issued on: 10 Safar 1407 Corresponding to: 15 October 1986

The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
