We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows

Article 2

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74,
and Royal Decree 7/82 Establishing Oman Oil Refinery Company,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The capital of Oman Oil Refinery Company is hereby increased from ten million Rial Omani to thirty million Rial Omani. The partners shall subscribe to the entire increase in the same proportions as stipulated in article 3 of the mentioned Royal Decree 7/82.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 16 November 1985,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

– Minister of Transportation — Member

– Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors and Executive President of the Central Bank of Oman — Member
(b） Members in their personal capacity:
– Sayyid Thuwaini bin Shihab — Member
– Dr Omar bin Abdulmonem Al-Zawawi — Member
– Mohammed bin Al-Zubair — Member
The council may entrust one of its members with the duties of the secretariat general until a full-time secretary general is appointed.
