We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 44/80 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law Concerning the Statute of the Officers of Royal Court Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The services of Ambassador Qasim bin Abdulrasool Al-Jamali are hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry to the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 February 1985.

and the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in New Delhi on 23 October 1984,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of India for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Derived from Air Transport is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
