We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 59/84 Establishing Oman National Transport Company,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

and the Articles of Association of Oman National Transport Company,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Board of Directors of Oman National Transport Company is hereby formed as follows:

1. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Roads, Ports, and Public Transport Affairs Chairman

2. Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities Affairs Member

3. Director General of Income and Investment in Financial Affairs of the Sultanate Member

4. General Supervisor of Public Transport Affairs at the Ministry of Transport Member

5. Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations Affairs Member

6. Director General of Greater Muttrah Municipality Member

Article 2

Article 18 of the articles of association of the company must be amended in accordance with the provisions of this decree.

Article 3

The Minister of Transport shall implement this decree.

Article 4

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the petroleum agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and North South Resources Limited signed on 25 February 1985 between the Minister of Oil and Minerals representing the Government of the Sultanate and the mentioned company,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 25 February 1985 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and North South Resources Limited is hereby approved.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the initialled draft Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement and the initialled draft Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Republic of Egypt,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign in a final manner on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate the mentioned Economic and Technical Cooperation and the Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
